Step:
Chop 1 onion finely Chop 1 onion in 1" sqare and separate them. Chop the capsicum in 1 " (inch) cubes Chop tomatoes finely
In a kadhai heat 2 tbsp cooking oil. Fry the chopped onion and capsicum with little salt till onions are translucent. Remove from kadhai and keep aside.
In the same kadhai heat 1tbsp oil, splutter jeera, and add finely chopped onions. When the onions are translucent add besan. Fry both till the onions are nicely done and the besan gives aroma.
Then add chopped tomatoes and mix properly till there is a besan coating. Add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pav-bhaji masala, and curd. Mix all masalas nicely and cook till oil separates from the masala.
Add half cup of water, mix the masala, cover and cook for 7 to 8 minutes in low flame.
Now add the half cooked onions and capsicum to the kadhai. Adjust salt and add garam masala and crushes Papad. Mix and cook covered for 2 to 3 minutes.
The yummy and delicious Onion tomato curry is ready to serve. Thanks.
