Cheese stuffed falafel

In a large bowl add chickpeas then add enough water to cover let soak overnight

Add the soaked and drained chickpeas to the jar of a food processor along with all ingredients blend to a smooth paste

Take 1tbsp mixture and flatten it against the palm of your hand place a cube of cheese in the middle and wrap the falafel mixture around it so it's fully closed

Heat oil in a frying pan then balls fry on each side for few minutes enjoy with green salad hummus sauce
