Step:
Cut the paneer in triangle shape. Grind the paneer stuffed masala.
Mix with curd to make a paste. This is paneer stuffing.
Paste the stuffing in one paneer triangle and keep another paneer triangle over it. Thus make all the paneer with stuffings.
Make the slurry with the cornflour and all purpose flour.
Heat the mustard oil. Dip the stuffed paneer in the prepared slurry and deep fry both the side in hot oil for 1 minute in medium flame.
To rest of the oil add the crushed cardamom and cloves and cook in low heat till the aroma oozed. Next add the grated onion and fry on high heat. When the water evaporate, fry the onion in low heat till brown in colour.
It takes 7 to 8 minutes to come this point. Then you will find separation of oil from onion and friend onion can be gathered like a lump.
Now add grated tomato paste and follow the same procedure of grated onion cooking.
Then cook ginger - garlic paste in the same way till the oil is separated.
Now add rest of the dry masala including turmeric powder and salt. Cook for 1 minute on low flame.
Add 1 glass of water. Mix the cooked masala and bring to boil.
Mix the stuffed paneer pieces and cook for 1 minute, uncovered.
Yummy, delicious and mouthwatering Stuffed Paneer Masala Gravy is ready to serve with roti / poori /paranthas. Thanks
*Don't fry the stuffed paneer for long times. Otherwise it would get rubber like, because it's protein.
