Jawatan Kosong Public Relations Executive in Klang

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9.00am-5.00pm)

Job Summary:

The Liaison Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with military personnel, organization, company related to the army. The primary focus of this role is on offline marketing efforts, including the planning and execution of events, outreach programs, and collaborations to maximize the reach and engagement with the army community. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with experience in event planning and a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning and Execution:

• Plan, organized, and executed events such as army bases, housing fairs, open houses, community outreach programs, and any related programs targeting military personnel.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, equipment, promotional materials, etc.
• To liaise with another department on event support.
• Ensure events are executed smoothly, within budget, and meet strategic marketing goals.

2. Community Outreach and Engagement:

• Develop and maintain relationships with military officers, organizations, and other army-related groups.
• Conduct outreach programs to educate the army community about the real estate options available.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for military personnel interested in real estate opportunities.

3. Offline Marketing Campaigns:

• Develop and implement offline marketing strategies specifically tailored to attract military personnel and their families.
• Coordinate promotional activities such as base visits, informational sessions, and direct mail campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns.

4. Partnership Management:

• Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators within the military community.
• Negotiate and manage agreements with event partners, vendors, and other related organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with military influencers and key opinion leaders.

5. Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

• Track and analyze the performance of events and offline marketing campaigns.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the effectiveness of offline marketing efforts.

Requirement & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relation, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Preferably Female (Age 27 – 35 Years )
• Attractive & highly likable person
• Possess own transport and must have driving license
• Proven experience in event planning, offline marketing, or a related role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and military community needs is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Working Conditions:

• This position may require occasional travel to military bases and event locations.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to lift and carry event materials as needed.
