• Well-versed in overall accounting processes and procedures
• Responsible in full set of companies' accounts
• Control and manage end-to-end financial process including inventories, account receivable, account payable, fixed assets, taxes, etc
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit and ensure compliance and alignment of accounting policies and procedures with government regulations
• Responsible in audit meeting
• To prepare monthly report and to attend monthly site meeting and stock take
• Preparation of full set of accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules, bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• To prepare budget and present during AGM meeting
