SINAR JERNIH SDN BHD Job Vacancies Jun 2026

• Menyelia dan meyelaras secara keseluruhan dokumentasi ISO di jabatan dan projek bagi ISO 9001, ISO 14001 dan ISO 45001 (IMS - Integrated Management System)
• Bertanggungjawab sebagai DC (Document Controller) dan menyimpan rekod secara sistematik.
• Menyediakan, mengemaskini & mengawal dokumen - dokumen seperti SOP, Polisi Syarikat, Dokumen Manual Syarikat, Borang dan rekod.
• Memastikan pematuhan tempoh simpanan dokumen
• Memantau KPI jabatan & proje, serta membuat analisa serta laporan 3 bulan.
• Terlibat dalam pasukan audit dalaman dan menjadi pengantaarakepada badan pensijilan luar (SIRIM)
• Terlibat dalam penyediaan laporan pemantauan KPI, audit dalaman dan keperluan ISO yang lain.

KRITERIA:

• Perempuan
• Minima Diploma / Ijazah dalam bidang Kualiti, Pengurusan, Pengurusan Fasiliti dan setara
• Pengalaman 1-3 tahun dalam kualiti / document control adalah digalakkan.
• Mahir menggunakan MS Word, Excel dan PDF.
• Boleh menyediakan laporan dan dokumentasi rasmi
• Fasih berbahasa Melayu (BI adalah satu kelebihan)
• Berpengalaman dalam menguruskan audit dan pensijilan
• berdisplin dan patuh deadline
• Komunikasi bertulus dan lisan yang baik
• Boleh bekerja secara berdikari
• Mampu bekerjasama dengan pasukan

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
