Job Description & Job Details
Position: Personal Assistant
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours (Flexible Options):

• Option 1: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Option 2: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Option 3: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000
Location: 1, Lorong Teknologi 3/4A, Taman Sains Selangor 1, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

A. Executive Support

• Manage senior management’s schedules, appointments, and meetings
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Draft and prepare letters, emails, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

B. Administrative & Personal Tasks

• Arrange travel, hotel bookings, and itineraries
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
• Oversee manager’s credit card usage, bills, and personal errands, including selected home-related matters
• Monitor deadlines, reports, and pending tasks
• Assist in planning and coordinating events or special functions

C. Communication & Coordination

• Represent management in professional communications with clients, teams, and partners
• Ensure timely sharing of information and follow-ups across departments
• Collaborate with HR, finance, marketing, and other departments when necessary

D. Operational Support

• Compile data, track KPIs, and generate performance reports
• Support procurement tasks and vendor coordination
• Help monitor project execution timelines and follow up on team deliverables

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
1) Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
2) Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is preferred
3) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
4) Strong communication skills and attention to detail
5) Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential tasks
6) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication tools
7) Able to work independently and manage time effectively
8) Flexible and responsive to fast-paced changes
