**Position Overview:**

The Assistant Manager will support the senior management team in overseeing the daily operations of the business. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Ensure that all policies, regulations and operational procedures set are followed by controlling the discipline and integrity of the entire workforce.

2. Monitor and respond to any public complaints based on the Company's guidelines.

3. Provide support for system, technical, asset and infrastructure maintenance for smooth daily operations.

4. Support administrative tasks, such as scheduling, inventory management, record keeping, and financial reporting and optimize profits by controlling costs.

5. Act as an intermediary between managers and employees, deliver instructions, provide guidance, update information and feedback in both directions (Two-way communication).

6. Understand the basics of financial management.

7. Monitor financial flow and use efficiency in minimizing costs.

8. Perform the duties of the Branch Manager during the absence of the Branch Manager.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience for 3 year as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience in specific industry or field related or similar to company.
