Job Descriptions

Yans Creation is looking for pleasant Sales Promoters that thrive to attract new customers. The candidate must be comfortable making product presentations to our valued customers.

The candidate will be based in Parkson - IOI City Mall, Putrajaya

Full-time and Part-time positions are available!

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service (including greeting and serving customers)
• Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
• Have a clear understanding of the products and be able to provide information on promoted products
• Identify interests and understand customer needs and requirements
• Assist customers in recommending desired products
• Maintain the outlet's image by performing housekeeping duties
• Perform regular inventory checks and daily sales report
• Ensure pricing of stocks is accurate

Requirements:

• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail working hours
• Have excellent communication in Malay
• Ability to speak in English will be an advantage
• Customer service experience will be an advantage
• Outgoing personality and passionate about meeting people
• Good product handling skill
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
