Jawatan Kosong E-Commerce Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

• Product Management:

o Responsible for creating and maintaining product SKU, loading vendor price and other related information across multiple systems.

o Coordinate and communicate with vendors to address and fill in any gaps in product information to provide complete and detailed product descriptions

o Ensure accurate product listings in alignment with agreements made with vendors

o Conducting price comparisons to ensure competitive positioning within the market

o Categorisation of products to enhance their visibility and maximize exposure

• Order Management:

o Raise purchase orders

o PO Receiving

• Return & Inventory Management:

o Work closely internally with operations and vendors on Damage and Return Stocks, Discrepancy Defective Report, etc

• Sales Reporting:

o Assist to tabulate reports that are required for product management review

• Administrative:

o Support Business Unit team administratively on all miscellaneous duties and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant field or equivalent practical experience (understanding and passion for Liquors/ Beauty is preferable)
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office is mandatory; Knowledge of D365 and Adobe applications is preferable
• Motivated with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
• Resourceful and problem solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative within a dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
