Tanggungjawab Utama:

Menyediakan Dokumentasi Pengeluaran:

• Menyediakan dan mengemas kini dokumen pengeluaran seperti jadual pengeluaran, pesanan kerja, dan rekod pengeluaran harian.
• Memastikan semua dokumen yang berkaitan dengan pengeluaran lengkap dan disimpan dengan rapi.

Mengurus Inventori Bahan Mentah:

• Mengurus dan memantau inventori bahan mentah dan produk siap.
• Menyediakan laporan inventori secara berkala dan memastikan stok mencukupi untuk keperluan pengeluaran.

Menjaga Rekod Pengeluaran:

• Menjaga rekod pengeluaran yang tepat dan terperinci, termasuk jumlah pengeluaran, bahan yang digunakan, dan masa yang diambil untuk setiap proses.
• Memastikan semua rekod disimpan dengan baik untuk tujuan audit dan rujukan masa depan.

Menyediakan Laporan Pengeluaran:
