JAWATAN KOSONG : BOUTIQUE ASSISTANT (SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT)

SIRRUHU SDN BHD merupakan sebuah syarikat yang ditubuhkan pada tahun 2018 dan terkenal dalam industri fesyen. Sirruhu mengeluarkan pelbagai jenis tudung seperti tudung sarung, bawal dan shawl. Selain itu, kami mengeluarkan produk lain seperti telekung dan handsock. Sirruhu mempunyai sebuah butik yang terletak di Taipan 2, Senawang. Sirruhu juga memasarkan produknya di peringkat antarabangsa.

SKOP TUGASAN:

• Memastikan keadaan butik dalam keadaan teratur & sentiasa bersih
• Membalas whatsapps online
• Membantu pelanggan dan memberikan Cadangan mengenai pemilihan tudung
• Memastikan stok barangan dibutik dalam keadaan tersedia
• Buat live di platform Instagram berdurasi 1jam (setiap hari)
• Memastikan stok tudung disusun dalam keadaan teratur
• Menyediakan stok agent & menyelesaikan pembayaran
• Menyelesaikan aduan dan pertanyaan pelanggan
• Membuat daily summary sales
• Menjaga bahagian Cashier dan memproses pembayaran pelanggan
• Stock take

CIRI-CIRI DIPERLUKAN:

• Seorang yang positif, rajin dan telus apabila bekerja
• Mempunyai semangat berpasukan yang kuat (team player)
• Kemahiran komunikasi lisan dan lisan yang sangat baik
• Keupayaan untuk bekerja dalam persekitaran tekanan tinggi
• Mempunyai pengetahuan tentang sistem POS
• Mempunyai kemahiran jualan dan persuasif
• Mahir dalam perkhidmatan pelanggan dan kemahiran interpersonal yang baik
• Pandai menggunakan social media dan membuat live (added advantage)
• Mempunyai pengetahuan asas dalam pemasaran (added advantage)
