Skop Kerja

• Membantu dalam Kerja Pentadbiran Syarikat
• Menyelenggara serta Mengemaskini Fail dan Rekod Syarikat
• Jawab Panggilan dan Menerima Mesej
• Penyediaan Tender/RFQ/RFP dan serta mendapat kelulusan awal daripada pihak pengurusan.
• Menyediakan Project Claim, Laporan Pembekalan & Penyelenggaraan
• Memastikan semua dokumentasi lengkap dan menyeluruh.
• Melaksanakan Tugas Pejabat yang lain sekiranya diperlukan
• Mengendali pelanggan Kerajaan

Kelayakan

• Lelaki atau Perempuan

- Umur 21 - 32 Tahun

• Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya SPM, Sijil, Diploma atau Ijazah dalam Bidang IT
• Fasih dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan English
• Mahir dalam Menggunakan : Microsoft Office
• Keupayaan dalam Kemahiran Lain amat digalakkan
• Cergas melaksanakan tugas, mudah faham dan cepat belajar.
• Sihat tubuh badan, rajin, amanah dan berdisiplin.
• Mempunyai pengangkutan sendiri
