Jawatan Kosong Admin Officer in Kangar

Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Admin Officer to support the daily operations of the company/clinic. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments. This role involves documentation management, customer service support, coordination of office activities, and assisting management in day-to-day administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage documentation in a systematic and organized manner.
• Prepare and handle official letters, memos, meeting minutes, and basic reports as required.
• Serve as the Social Media Admin for Annura Clinic – monitor messages, comments, feedback, daily postings, and support basic marketing activities.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager or Director.

Requirements:

• Male candidate, aged 25 – 30 years old.
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in administration, management, or customer service (experience in clinic or healthcare settings is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-friendly attitude.
• Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn clinic management systems.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for administrative and communication purposes.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required, based on clinic operations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate documentation and records.
