Job Title: Data Entry & Back Office Processing Junior Executive
Department: Operations / Back Office
Location: Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry & Back Office Processing Junior Executive to support the daily operations of our moneybroking firm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounting or finance-related roles and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing financial transactions, and supporting the settlement process. This role is open to diploma holders only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter financial and transactional data into internal systems
• Handle trade confirmations, settlement instructions, and reconciliation of accounts
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accounting records and reports
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of trade settlements with brokers and counterparties
• Perform daily reconciliation of transactions and resolve any discrepancies
• Support internal teams checks with complete documentation
• Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical records
• Coordinate with front-office and finance departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Uphold confidentiality, security, and integrity of financial data
• Carry out additional back office and administrative duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Diploma holders only)
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in accounting, finance, or back office processing
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Familiar with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
• Good organizational and communication skills
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
