Jawatan Kosong Service Crew

1. Customer Service:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in making menu selections and provide information about the products or services offered.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

2. Order Processing:

• Input and process customer orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ensure accuracy in order details and communicate special requests to the kitchen or relevant departments.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.

3. Table Maintenance:

• Set up and clean dining areas before and after service.
• Clear tables of used dishes, utensils, and glassware promptly.
• Ensure tables are properly set with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments.

4. Hygiene and Sanitation:

• Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards in handling food and beverages.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures for dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with company policies.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other members of the service and kitchen teams.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
• Assist in other areas of the establishment as needed.

6. Cash Handling:
