Jawatan Kosong Assistant Material Coordinator in Labuan

Description

• Assist focal to identify availability of required material using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Assist focal to identify category of required material (e.g. Stock / Non-Stock item) and create reservation and requisition as per work process. Monitor and communicate with procurement team on deleted reservation.
• Assist focal to monitor material reservation and requisition status and track material delay. Update work order user status for work order with material.
• Assist focal to coordinate with relevant stakeholder to confirm material requirements, specification, availability, accuracy movement, and delivery for smooth work execution as per scheduled.
• Assist focal to coordinate Stock Transfer Order (STO) request with other OPUs.
• Assist focal initiate Material Catalogue Request Submission and Tracking Tools (MCRSTT) for new material cataloguing. Assist to coordinate with relevant stakeholders for material number extension to OPU for new and existing material and maintain reference database for Bill of Material (BOM) registration in CMMS.
• Assist focal to initiate request for temporary or external storage for non-stock and surplus materials. Monitor, review and report surplus materials. Coordinate surplus disposal activities.
• Assist focal to initiate materials consumption analysis and advice Inventory Controller for replenishment to optimize stock level.
• Assist focal to provide data on materials stock level to discipline engineers for stock review activities.
• Assit in analyzing material shortage by initiating investigation for stock out materials with relevant stakeholders to find the root cause and provide recommendation for resolution.
• Focal to assist in coordinating and monitoring the equipment/parts sent out for repair/overhaul and monitor the completion status.

Requirement

• Has minimum three (3) years and above experience as assistant material coordinator.
• Ability to prepare, produce report, advise for any technical/non-technical.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, SAP ECC6 etc.
• Excellent interpret drawing/sketch/diagram and excellent in managing time.
• Diploma in relevant field.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM99,999.00 per month
