Jawatan Kosong ADMIN FRONT OFFICE CLERK in Seremban

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) based on approved requisitions.
  • Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Follow up with suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedule.
  • Maintain proper purchasing records, supplier files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/store department regarding stock levels and received items.
  • Ensure purchased items meet company requirements and specifications.
  • Assist in sourcing new suppliers and evaluating supplier performance.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, delivery, or damaged goods.
  • Update purchasing data into ERP/system or Excel records.
  • Support superior in any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 1โ€“2 years working experience in purchasing / procurement field preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (if applicable).
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and documentation.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, auto-count system).
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good teamwork and positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
