Jawatan Kosong Project Assistant in Kampar

Primary Function:

• The Project Assistant will support the Project Manager and project team in various aspects of project management. This role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets.

Key Duties:

• Assist in the preparation and dissemination of project documetations, such as project plans, reports, and meeting minutes
• Organize and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and coordinating logistics to ensure prompt and on-time project delivery.
• Maintain and update project records, files, and databases.
• Track project progress and update project schedules and timelines.
• Assist in the coordination of project tasks and activities to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and distribute regular project status updates and reports.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and accessible.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Attend monthly meetings and prepare project related reports as required
• Comply with all applicable legal requirements and procedures such as from DOE and DOSH
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in project assistant or administrtive support roles
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Risk identification and management skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
