• Ensuring purchased products and materials meet quality standards and specifications.
• Handling issues related to defective or non-conforming goods and working with suppliers to resolve them.
• Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant information.
• Generating reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
