Jawatan Kosong Personal Assistant in Melaka

Job Description

As a personal assistant, you will need to perform the following:

a) To assist and monitor collections and payment by students;

b) Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments;

c) Attend to customer enquiries (phone and emails);

d) Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages etc.);

e) When required, issue invoice, collect and submit claims, undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issuereceipts, cheques etc.;

f) Create and update students record and databases and maintaining updating the system;

g) Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned;

h) Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible;

i) Take minutes of meetings and dictations;

j) Any other tasks determined by the company from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Background in PA/ Admin is preferred
• Based in Melaka
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Sheets, knowledge in PPT is an added advantage
• Proficient in English, proficiency in other languages is an added advantage
• SPM, diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
