Jawatan Kosong Reservation Officer in Kota Kinabalu

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of guest reservations from our office, ensuring a seamless booking experience, and providing exceptional customer service. Occasional travel to Mantanani Island may be required for events or special occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming reservations through phone, email, and online booking systems.
• Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and amenities.
• Process reservations efficiently and confirm all bookings with the appropriate details.
• Update and maintain reservation records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all guest requirements are met.
• Manage cancellations, modifications, and no-shows according to resort policies.
• Prepare and send reservation confirmations and follow-up communications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the resort’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
• Occasionally travel to Mantanani Island for events or special functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• SPM/ Diploma/ Degree or equivalent; further education in hospitality is a plus.
• Prior experience in hotel reservations or a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel to Mantanani Island occasionally for events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
