• Change lives
• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions with professionalism and intent
• Coach clients on exercise technique, progression, and basic lifestyle habits
• Takes ownership and accountability of clients' results and experience.
• Continuously learn and improve your coaching, communication, and systems
• Follow structured programming while developing sound coaching judgment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and high-standard training environment
• Communicate clearly with clients and the team

> Requirements

• Fluent in English and/or Mandarin
• Certification in personal training (optional but preferable)
• Strong interest/passion in strength training and health
• Willingness to learn systems, SOP, and coaching standards
• Ability to commit to odd working hours
• Good communication skills (clear, confident, human)
