ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Review and monitor construction activity schedule including the analysis of costs, progress and other productivity data.
*To lead and control the workmen to carry out task for installation, fabrication, testing and commissioning of process plant electrical and instrumentation.
*Responsible & accountable to ensure compliance with company, regulatory and client's policies and procedures. Ensure local regulations policies and procedures are incorporated into the business unit plan.
*To conduct daily HSE toolbox talks or HSE related talks, communicate corporate HSE alerts.
*Ability to train team members in safety processes and procedures.
*Focus on management of Health & Safety risk at workplace.
*To liaise with client representative on work matters and permit to work issues.
*To assist the engineers to perform planning and scheduling for the assigned works.
*To take on additional appointments from time to time assigned by the company's authorized officer, and carry out the duties of such appointment duly and diligently to enhance the company image and to improve the company's business opportunities.
*Liaise with site HSE personnel to ensure corporate policies, practices and procedure one met.
*To enforce HSE rules and regulations to ensure workers comply strictly.
*To ensure all waste general are properly disposed in accordance to local regulations.
*To eliminate, reduce and recycle construction waste.
*To plan, monitor and ensure manpower, materials, equipment and tools are ready for day to day work activities.
*To fulfill and achieve higher weekly and daily target.
*To instill ownership priority & timely manner at our culture to work safe and achieve higher quality.
*Responsible & accountable ensure adequate staffing and training of HSE resource to support the project team.
*Provide leadership and training in safety related issue to the designated project team.
*Encourages safety, teamwork and periodically visit all project locations.
*Coordinate with client and other Contractors for the project interface activities.
*Managing project scope and change control with commerical or without commercial impact.
*Monitoring project progress and performance.
*Working closely with main contractor and client to ensure the project meets the required needs.
*Monitor and ensure supervisor plan and instruct and monitor in DWI.
*Involved in all site meetings.
