Housekeeping/Cleaner

• Tanggungjawab Utama:

Pembersihan dan Penyelenggaraan:

- Membersihkan dan mengemas bilik tetamu, termasuk mengemas katil, menukar cadar, membersihkan bilik mandi dan mengosongkan lantai.

- Mengisi semula keperluan bilik seperti tuala, peralatan mandian, dan bekalan lain dalam bilik.

- Mengekalkan kebersihan di kawasan Inn, pejabat, koridor dan tandas.

• Penyediaan Bilik:

- Memastikan bilik tetamu disediakan dengan standard tertinggi sebelum daftar masuk tetamu.

- Melaporkan sebarang isu penyelenggaraan atau pembaikan kepada jabatan berkaitan dengan segera.

- Memeriksa bilik untuk sebarang kerosakan atau perkara yang perlu diberi perhatian dan memaklumkan kepada penyelia.

• Pengurusan Dobi dan Linen:

- Mengumpul linen dan tuala kotor dari bilik tetamu dan kawasan awam untuk dibasuh.

- Mengasing, melipat, dan mengagihkan linen dan tuala bersih mengikut keperluan.

• Permintaan Tetamu:

- Memberi respon kepada permintaan tetamu untuk barangan atau perkhidmatan tambahan seperti tuala tambahan atau perkhidmatan pembersihan.
