As a sales rep, your main goal is to achieve revenue growth and maximize profits for the company. We are looking for someone with a good track record in outbound sales to develop a new department with us. The day-to-day tasks of an outbound salesperson include cold-calling, emailing, and other types of prospecting, as well as lead qualification. You'll need to work with a business partner to drive energy for the consumer through social media and marketing events. You'll track orders, handle logistical issues, manage sample lines, and submit expense reports in a timely manner.

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking
• Follow up with customer on the quotation status and perform negotiation skills to close the deal
• Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings
• Exceed sales targets & performance-based goals while working independently

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in sales and marketing related fields, experience in the fashion and/or sports industry is strongly preferred
• Result-driven and able to work independently
• Passionate about fitness and fashion
• Leadership qualities and ability to persuade and influence people to take the desired action
• Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
