• Coordinate both internal and external training activities, managing HRD Corp applications and ensuring our team is equipped with the best external resources.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, concerns and conflict resolution, fostering a fair and respectful work environment.
• Be the organized soul that keeps everything in check, maintaining meticulous records and supporting HR projects that drive our collective success.

Recruitment :

• Diploma or higher in a related field (e.g., human resources, business administration).
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Own transportation for flexible scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• 2 - 3years experience in related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
