Jawatan Kosong EXECUTIVE , SUPPLY CHAIN in Alor Setar

The Executive Supply Chain is responsible for strategizing, implementing, and overseeing supply chain operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategic Planning and Management:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
• Analyze and optimize the supply chain processes from procurement to distribution.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance supply chain performance

Procurement and Supplier Management:

• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

Logistics and Distribution:

• Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.

Inventory Management:

• Develop inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement inventory management systems to track and manage stock movements.
• Analyze inventory data and forecast demand to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and manage the supply chain team, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
• Identify training and development needs to enhance team capabilities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Use data analytics to monitor supply chain performance and identify trends.
• Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain metrics to senior management.

• Diploma or Degree in related fields such as Business Management , Operations Management or Supply Chain Management
• Fresh graduate or Entry Level
• Familiar with Microsoft System & Application

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
