Job Title: Collection Advisor
Reports to: Collections Manager
Job Summary:
Hubungi penghutang melalui telefon, e-mel dan surat untuk mengutip bayaran tertunggak.Rundingkan pelan pembayaran dan penyelesaian mengikut dasar syarikat.Simpan rekod terperinci semua komunikasi dan tindakan yang diambil.
Pengurusan Akaun:
- Menyemak dan menilai akaun penghutang untuk menentukan strategi kutipan yang sesuai.
- Pantau jadual pembayaran dan susulan pembayaran yang terlepas.
- Mengemas kini dan menyelenggara maklumat penghutang dalam pangkalan data.
Khidmat Pelanggan:
- Menyediakan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang luar biasa dengan menangani pertanyaan dan kebimbangan penghutang.
- Mendidik penghutang tentang akibat daripada tidak membayar dan pilihan pembayaran yang ada.
- Mengendalikan pertikaian dan aduan secara profesional dan cekap.
Pematuhan dan Etika:
- Memastikan semua aktiviti kutipan mematuhi undang-undang dan peraturan yang berkaitan, termasuk Akta Amalan Kutipan Hutang Adil (FDCPA) atau undang-undang tempatan yang setara.
- Menjaga kerahsiaan maklumat penghutang dan mengendalikan data sensitif secara bertanggungjawab.
Kerjasama Pasukan:
- Bekerjasama rapat dengan ahli pasukan pengumpulan yang lain untuk mencapai matlamat jabatan.
- Mengambil bahagian dalam mesyuarat pasukan dan sesi latihan.
- Kongsi amalan terbaik dan menyumbang kepada persekitaran pasukan yang positif.
