Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately key in stock information into the system
• Update and maintain inventory records regularly
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
• Verify stock data for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare simple stock reports when required
• Coordinate with warehouse or operations team on stock updates
• Assist in stock-taking and inventory audits
• Perform filing, documentation, and other general administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel or similar systems preferred)

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
