Jawatan Kosong Production Assistant in Nilai

Principal Responsibility

• To assist Senior Planning Executive/Engineer day to day running of production function especially production reporting summary and ensuring activities within the Company are appropriate, ethical and legal.

General Responsibilities

• Compiles and records production data for industrial establishment to prepare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of raw material, quality control, and others aspects of production.
• Compiles and records production data from such documents as work tickets, product specification and individual-worker production sheets, following prescribed recordkeeping procedures, using computer terminal.
• Writes production reports based on data compiled, tabulated, and computed, following prescribed formats.
• Provide daily production forms for Operators.
• Undertake duties to comply with quality system relating to environmental act and its regulations.
• Perform any other job/function that may be assigned to him by his Superior and the Company.

Organizational Knowledge

• Understanding and efficiently summarize production data.

Span of Control

• General Production Administration.

Accountabilities

• Maintaining records and database of production.
• SAFETY and housekeeping.
• Compliance to all existing legislation, company rules and regulations, operating procedure and guidelines.

Qualification

• SPM level or higher.
• At least 1 year working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Can write and speak in Malay/ English.
• Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
