Jawatan Kosong Technician - QA in Kulim

We are looking for committed and detail-oriented candidates to join our Quality Assurance team.

1. IQA Technician (Incoming Quality Assurance)

Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming material inspections according to specifications and quality standards
• Verify supplier quality documents and inspection reports
• Handle non-conforming materials and coordinate with suppliers/internal teams
• Maintain inspection records and reports
• Support continuous improvement activities

2. CQA Technician (Customer Quality Assurance)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints and quality issues
• Perform failure analysis and corrective action follow-up
• Prepare quality reports and customer responses
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and QA teams
• Support customer audits and quality improvement projects

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in customer quality or EMS industry preferred
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiar with 8D report, CAPA, and quality tools
• Knowledge of ISO/QMS standards is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inspection tools and quality standards
• Familiar with IPC standards is an advantage
• Able to work independently and in a team

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
