• Memastikan operasi harian berjalan lancar dan mengikut SOP.
• Menyusun dan memantau jadual kerja staf.
• Memastikan kebersihan, susun atur, dan stok di kawasan yang ditugaskan adalah teratur dan mencukupi.
• Membimbing dan memberi tunjuk ajar kepada staf bawahan.
• Memberikan motivasi serta memastikan disiplin dan prestasi kerja pekerja berada di tahap yang baik.
• Menyelesaikan isu kecil melibatkan staf atau pelanggan.
• Memberikan layanan mesra dan profesional kepada pelanggan.
• Menangani aduan pelanggan dengan pantas dan berhemah.
• Memberikan sokongan semasa promosi dan jualan.
• Memantau paras stok, membuat permintaan restock jika perlu.
• Menyelia penerimaan dan penyimpanan stok dengan teratur.
• Menjalankan pemeriksaan stok berkala dan melaporkan kehilangan atau kerosakan barang.
• Menyediakan laporan jualan harian/mingguan.
• Melaporkan sebarang insiden atau isu kepada pihak pengurusan.
• Memastikan pematuhan terhadap SOP keselamatan, kebersihan dan kesihatan.
• Menangani sebarang risiko atau bahaya di tempat kerja.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
