Jawatan Kosong Assistant Facilities Manager in Johor Bahru

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Asset Register, Plan Preventive Maintenance Schedule and Technical Library Register.
• Supervised performed Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), Schedule Corrective Maintenance (SCM) and Total Facility Maintenance (TFM) request but not limited to civil and structure troubleshooting, repair work including follow-up work perform by subordinate.
• Analyze customers’ complaints, to check and identify on alternative solution and ensure all defects are attended to within service level agreement in a specific timeframe to improve service delivery.
• Manage, monitor and check reported/carried out work by technician and appointed contractors which is not limited to maintenance works, repairs, installations, construction and soft services at the facility to ensure work scope, safety and quality standards are met.
• Manage suppliers for all services in line with the operational requirements including in planning and maintain necessary service schedule as required per OEM recommendation.
• Identify and propose for upgrading/project and procedure AutoCAD drawing and upkeep the AutoCAD register as Technical Library.
• Monitor and check all maintained inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage.
• Supervise plant inspection and audits to ensure compliance and appropriate standards including to manage site logs and activity logs.
• Participate actively in the implementation of quality assurance, energy conservation, environmental, health, safety, and sustainable development goal programs.
• Ensure all areas of the facility in the building comply with local regulation by conducting appropriate risk assessment and safety awareness.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and report writing.
• Manage schedule waste including waste identification, storage, documentation and liaise with dedicated waste operator.
• Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by immediate superior.

• Project planning, conceptual proposal, project management & implementation
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Education / Equivalent Experiences

• Possesses Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Civil & Structure or Equivalent
• At least 3 years experienced in related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
