We're Hiring: Store Supervisor Cum Driver

Are you a detail-oriented and responsible individual with experience in inventory management and logistics? We are looking for a Store Supervisor Cum Driver to manage inventory and ensure smooth stock deliveries to our outlets.

Position: Store Supervisor Cum Driver

Location: Love A Loaf Hub, Georgetown, Penang

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory & Store Management

Manage and monitor raw material inventory in the central kitchen, ensuring sufficient stock and timely replenishment

• Place orders with suppliers, purchase raw materials, and ensure order accuracy
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure data accuracy
• Monitor and record outlet inventory, ensuring all outlets have sufficient stock
• Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures
• Ensure product quality and shelf life management
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance
• Control store operating expenses to reduce costs

Logistics & Delivery

• Safely transport packaging, raw materials, and finished goods from the central kitchen to outlets
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to schedule
• Purchase raw materials, packaging items, and other miscellaneous supplies as needed
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks

Team & Operations Support

• Maintain good communication with outlet managers to meet inventory needs
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations
• Train and supervise inventory team members
• Perform other duties as assigned by the operations department

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year in storekeeping, inventory control, or logistics
• License: Valid GDL license (if required) and a clean driving record
• Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Skills: Inventory management, basic reporting, and safe driving practices
• Physical Ability: Able to lift and move stock when required
• Industry Background: Retail, F&B, or Manufacturing experience preferred
