• Feasibility and Budget Development: Collaborate with the Planning Manager in creating feasibility studies and cash flow budgets for development projects.
• Project Planning and Monitoring: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows, outlining milestones and activities for effective monitoring and control; Preparing masterplan and development plan.
• Authorities Liaison: Engage with local authorities, ensuring seamless communication and coordination for the execution and submission of necessary documents and agreements.
• Consultant Coordination: Work closely with consultants to facilitate the submission of drawing plans and documents, ensuring compliance with authorities' checklists.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly prepare and update data analyses and reports on project feasibility and cash flow budgets, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
• Project Tracking: Monitor project progress closely, tracking milestones, and activities, and provide regular reports to both superiors and internal teams.
• Authorities Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and compliance standards set by local authorities, incorporating them into project planning and execution.
• Effective Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with relevant local authorities’ personnel, consultants, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Periodic Updates: Provide periodic updates to the Planning Manager on project status, addressing any challenges, and proposing solutions for effective decision-making.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
