Jawatan Kosong Sales Retail Assistant in Kemaman

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
• Sales Support: Promote and sell products and services. Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Technical Assistance: Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with their devices and services.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock management, including receiving shipments, organizing products, and conducting inventory checks.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve store goals and provide seamless customer service.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mobile devices and telecommunications services.
• Customer-Oriented: Passionate about providing excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively.
