Jawatan Kosong Admin Executive in Bayan Lepas

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and orders are placed as needed.
  • Organize and maintain important company documents, both physical and digital.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and filing of business-related paperwork.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist in coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for staff when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including handling phone calls and emails.
  • Assist with basic HR tasks like coordinating interviews and managing employee records.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Ensure smooth communication between staff and external partners.
  • Assist with basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in any relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative support working experience in a high paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
