• MONITOR PROGRESS OF INITIATIVES AND SUGGEST IMPROVEMENTS
• BUILD TEAMWORK AND MOTIVATE PEERS TO ACHIEVE RESULTS
• PREPARE COMPANY PERFORMANCE REPORTS FOR MANAGEMENT REVIEW
• ENSURE MANAGEMENT TARGETS ARE WELL COMMUNICATED WITH EMPLOYEES AND PROMOTE FREE AND OPEN FEEDBACK CHANNELS FOR CONSTANT IMPROVEMENT
