Jawatan Kosong Human Resources Executive in Kangar

1. Pengurusan Pengambilan & Penempatan.

- Menguruskan proses pengambilan pekerja (mengiklankan jawatan kosong, menapis resume, mengatur sesi temuduga, menyediakan borang yang berkenaan) dan menguruskan proses penempatan pekerja.

2. Latihan & Pembangunan.

- Mengenal pasti keperluan latihan pekerja dan merancang latihan dalaman yang berkaitan kepada pekerja.

- Membantu membangunkan program peningkatan kemahiran & kerjaya pekerja.

3. Pengurusan Penilaian Prestasi.

- Menyediakan sistem penilaian prestasi.

- Memantau KPI pekerja.

- Memberi maklum balas & cadangan penambahbaikan.

4. Pengurusan Gaji & Faedah.

- Menguruskan pembayaran gaji & elaun.

- Menguruskan cuti, overtime dan claim.

5. Hal Ehwal Pekerja.

- Menjadi penghubung antara majikan & pekerja.

- Menyelesaikan isu disiplin & aduan pekerja.

- Memastikan suasana kerja harmoni.

6. Polisi & Pematuhan.

- Menyediakan, mengemaskini & menguatkuasakan polisi syarikat.

- Memastikan polisi syarikat selari dengan undang-undang buruh.

- Menyelia kontrak kerja & dokumen rasmi.

7. Pentadbiran HR.

- Menyimpan dan merekod dokumen serta data-data pekerja (fail peribadi, kedatangan & prestasi).

- Menyediakan laporan HR untuk pengurusan atasan.

- Merekod dan menguruskan invois jualan dan belian dengan teratur dan betul.

8. Keselamatan & Kebajikan.

- Memastikan tempat kerja selamat & kondusif.

- Menguruskan kebajikan pekerja seperti insurans, SOCSO & KWSP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
