Jawatan Kosong Account Assistant in Kota Kinabalu

Qualification/Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or LCCI or Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): General knowledge in Autocount Accounting System, Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Applicants must be willing to work at Lok Kawi area.
• Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Mon - Fri) and 8:00am - 1:00pm (Sat)

Job Description:

1. Daily accounting operations and data entry of transactions in Autocount Accounting System in a timely manner.

2. Posting suppliers' invoices to ledger and prepare payment to suppliers.

3. Generate monthly Statement of Account to customers and maintain records of collection.

4. Maintain petty cash record and perform monthly bank reconciliation.

5. Maintain proper documentation and filing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
