Jawatan Kosong Retail Assistant Live & Social Media in Johor Bahru

We are looking for a reliable and energeticRetail Assistant (Live & Social Media) to join our team at Masha Cat. This role combines retail store support with opportunities in live hosting and content creation.

As a Location: Masha Cat, Taman Universiti, Skudai, Johor
Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,000 + Allowance & Bonus
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily shop operations (stock handling, packing, organizing, cleanliness).
• Support and participate in live streaming sessions (be a co-host, showcase products, manage items during live).
• Help create engaging content for social media (short videos, photos, product highlights).
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly attitude.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations both in-store and online.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: Live sessions (schedule provided)

Requirements:

• Male & Female, aged 20 – 30 years old
• Hardworking, honest, and responsible
• Comfortable being on camera & willing to join live sessions
• Basic knowledge of video shooting / content creation (advantage)
• Physically fit for light tasks (stock handling, carrying goods)
• Animal lover (especially cats) is a big plus
• No experience required – training provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
