Job Overview
As a Team Leader / Shift Manager, you will be the driving force behind our dynamic team, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and efficiently. • Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for accurate cash handling
• Control inventory levels and manage stock to minimize waste while ensuring availability
• Train, develop, and mentor staff in food service management practices and customer service skills
• Conduct interviews for new hires while fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with a focus on quick service or fast food environments
• Strong background in food handling, culinary experience, and kitchen management
