Jawatan Kosong Admin Executive - Construction in Kulim

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Admin
• Minimum 3 years Admin experience in Construction / Projects company
• Good follow up and time management

Responsibilities :

• Manages overall office administration/operations for the branch office in Northern part
• Covering administration for site offices in Northern Region
• Support site staff on:- Getting request of purchases/services for site use purposes, approved by the management
• Provide stock control for materials located at site/warehouse
• Assist on delivery of material from supplier/HQ, Shah Alamo Manage general workers monthly wages and their welfare
• Payroll for foreign workers

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
