JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage Sales Activity
• Ensure agent give commitment to achieve sales target
• Plan suitable sales activity for agent
• Support and guide agent in manage their daily activities
• Conducting a search for the Talk & Event program for agents
• Scheduling appointments and discussions with potential speakers to be appointed for the Talk activity
• Provide guideline or tools for agent to improve their sales activity
• Ensure agent perform the activities as plan
• Checking, listing and distribute information regarding the marketing & sales campaign to agent
• Attending agent inquiries regarding marketing & sales campaign
• Having a discussion with agents to analyse the effectiveness of the sales activities carried out

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
