Jawatan Kosong Part-Time Special Needs Educator in Hartamas

At Aegis Academy, we provide individualized learning support for children and young adults aged 6–25 years old who learn differently or require additional academic and social support. We specialize in 1-to-1 and small group learning tailored to each student’s needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Support students with different learning needs in academic and social development
• Conduct 1-to-1 or small group sessions
• Assist teachers in classroom management and activities
• Prepare simple teaching materials and learning activities
• Build positive relationships with students and parents
• Monitor student progress and behaviour during sessions
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements

• Passionate about working with children and teenagers
• Patient, caring, and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to commit consistently to assigned schedule
• Experience in education, psychology, special education, or related fields is an advantage
• Familiarity with different school curriculums (KSSR, IGCSE, International School syllabus, etc.) is preferred
• University students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Bonus If You Have

• Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or learning difficulties
• Background in Psychology, Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Special Education
