Jawatan Kosong Production Manager in Sibu

Job Summary:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process within a company. They ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while meeting quality standards and production targets. The production manager coordinates with various departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and company objectives.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Supervise production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety inspections.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
