Account Assistant (AP)
Working Hour (Monday – Friday 8.00am-5.00pm)
require to OT if urgent work need to be done on the same day
Salary negotiable / based on experience
1. Analyse discrepancies and unpaid invoices.
2. Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records.
3. Handling petty cash.
4. Key in AP Invoice (Celcom, SAJ, TNB, Telekom, Auto pass, Custom Levy, Petrol/TNG, etc.)
5. Monthly Invoice listing.
6. Check All Purchase invoice (Purchase Order price / Qty) and allocated the GL code is correct.
7. After checking done properly filling the supplier invoice into master file.
8. Every Thursday update the payment schedule in forecast cashflow to Account Executive for checking.
9. Every Friday prepare the next week payment voucher (included scan all Payment Voucher and insert into external link and foreign currency payment need prepare TT form and follow up the debit advice from UOB).
10. Monitor Petrol / TNG payment (Log in the portal monitor the usage if less than 20% need prepare payment).
11. Every Monday need submit the Payment Voucher to Account Executive checking.
12. After checking done need send the Payment Voucher listing and Payment Voucher to Connie online approve payment.
13. Once received the UOB advice need check the UOB advice VS the Payment Voucher have missing PV or not.
14. Send the payment advice to supplier.
15. Received the cashbook transaction detail need update the IPG reference into PV and Autocount.
16. Reply all supplier asking payment schedule date.
17. Issues CN/DN.
18. Weekly check the GRN listing to make sure all convert into Purchase Invoice.
19. Month end need request the supplier statement to Account, check the creditor aging report VS supplier SOA to make sure all supplier invoice have fully taken in within the month.
20. After closing need check the physical PV VS Autocount all have scan /insert external /link and tie the payment voucher.
22. Other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
