• Posses Degree in Animal Science or related courses. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• In charge of farm production of 300,000 chicken broiler.
• Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Develop an inspiring team and meeting corporate's culture.
• Oversee day-to-day operation.
• Do daily inspection in complying to bio-security requirement.
• Continuous improvement of operational activities in direction to company's goals.
• Effectively collaborate with other department in meeting production efficiency.
• Comply to standard operational procedure and HSE policy in meeting operational goals and target.
• Provide solutions and support to meet clients’ requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
