Jawatan Kosong STEM Tech Trainer in Kuantan

This job position is responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging training sessions in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The trainer will work closely with educators, students, and industry professionals to develop their skills and knowledge in various STEM disciplines, focusing on hands-on learning and the practical application of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery:

- Conduct hands-on training sessions in STEM subjects, particularly in emerging technologies such as robotics, IoT, AI, and coding.

- Customize training programs to meet the needs of different audiences, including K-12 students, teachers, and industry professionals.

2. Curriculum Development:

- Develop and update STEM curriculum and training materials that align with current educational standards and industry best practices.

- Design project-based learning experiences that encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration among participants.

3. Workshop Facilitation:

- Lead workshops and seminars on various STEM topics, including but not limited to programming, robotics, electronics, and 3D printing.

- Demonstrate the practical application of STEM concepts using relevant tools and technologies.

4. Assessment and Feedback:

- Assess participants' learning progress through evaluations, quizzes, and hands-on projects.

- Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their skills and understanding of STEM topics.

5. Technical Support(Will be assist by technical team):

- Offer technical support during training sessions, assisting participants with troubleshooting and problem-solving as they work on projects.

- Ensure all training equipment and materials are set up, maintained, and functioning properly.

6. Professional Development:

7. Community Engagement:

- Promote STEM education within the community by organizing events, competitions, and outreach programs.

8. Reporting and Documentation:

Skills and Qualifications:

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
